Our commitment
To deliver a minimum two-fold return on investment on our projects within a year of completion.
We do this by designing choice contexts that influence behaviour, thus delivering on commercial value to our clients.
We deliver business results using the behavioural sciences. We don’t sell insights, ideas, or reports.
Our take on the behavioural sciences is heavily biased towards behavioural economics and focuses on the errors that we all make in decision-making. These errors occur consistently under certain circumstances. By deliberately changing context we are able to influence peoples’ decisions – simple!
We specialise in the financial industry, retail banks, insurers and pension providers. Why? Because - contrary to what your accountant may tell you - financial decision-making is particularly susceptible to error and influence.
